Intellectual Property Policy
Centre for Teacher Accreditation (CENTA®) strictly believes in respect to Intellectual Property Rights and takes utmost care to ensure that any materials used (e.g. questions, images, etc.) are original and do not violate any Intellectual Property Rights. Candidates signing up for CENTA’s assessments need to unconditionally guarantee that they will remain in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and rules, including but not limited to, copyright and Intellectual Property Rights, and will defend and hold CENTA® harmless in case of any loss arising from a claim brought against CENTA® for violation of copyright or Intellectual Property Rights by the candidate during his/her submission.
